Why it matters
No website? AI decides who you are.
Someone else's Yelp review. A competitor's blog post. A Reddit thread from three years ago.
When a customer asks ChatGPT or Perplexity who's best in your space, the answer comes from whatever's online — not necessarily from you. The engines aren't retrieving a list of links anymore. They're assembling a recommendation, and they use your website as the source of truth when there's a good one to use.
That's the whole argument for building it properly. A site that's fast, structured and honest about what you do gives the machine something to quote. A slow template with three thin pages gives it nothing, so it goes looking elsewhere.
This isn't a reason to panic-rebuild. If your site is already fast, crawlable and well-structured, keep it — I'll tell you that in the audit and we'll spend the money on SEO instead.
What we do
What you actually get.
Custom, built for growth
A fully custom site built around your brand, your offers and your customers...not a recycled template with your logo swapped in.
Mobile and conversion first
It looks right on any device and guides every visitor toward doing something — calling, booking, or reaching out. Pretty is table stakes; the job is the next step.
SEO, GEO & AEO from day oneDAY ONE
Structured to rank in Google, show up in AI-generated answers, and get recommended by ChatGPT and Perplexity. Built in from the start, not bolted on later.
The four pillars
What makes a site worth building.
Any agency can hand you something that looks nice. These are the four things that decide whether it earns anything.
Readable by people and machines
Real heading hierarchy, schema on every template, clean URLs. This is what makes a page quotable instead of merely visible.
- Schema.org built into the templates
- One h1, proper heading order, chunked sections
- llms.txt and a sitemap that reflects reality
Fast enough to keep
Most page-builder sites are slow because of what the builder ships, not what you wrote. Built lean, yours won't be.
- Core Web Vitals in the green at launch
- No plugin sprawl doing one job each
- Images sized and served properly
One obvious next step
Traffic that doesn't convert is a hobby. Every page should make it obvious what to do and remove the reasons not to.
- A single clear action per page
- Objections answered before they're asked
- Forms that work on a phone, in one hand
Yours to edit, on WordPress
You shouldn't have to pay me to change a phone number. It's built on WordPress, you get the keys, and I show you how it works.
- You own the domain, host and content
- Edit text and images without a developer
- No proprietary platform holding it hostage
How it works
Roughly two weeks, start to live.
Map it
What you sell, who's buying, what they ask before they're ready. That becomes the page map and the copy outline — before anything gets designed.
Build it
Custom WordPress, schema and structure from the first line rather than retrofitted. You see it on a staging URL and we change what needs changing.
Launch and hand over
Indexing, analytics and Search Console set up properly, then thirty days of post-launch support while you get comfortable editing it yourself.
Website Launch is $3,499 for a custom build of up to three pages, including schema, llms.txt, Bing indexing, email list and blog setup, and thirty days of support. Full detail on pricing.
Questions
Straight answers.
Do I actually need a new site, or can you fix mine?
Depends entirely on what you've got. Fast, crawlable and structured means we optimize it and save you the build. Slow page-builder site, thin pages, no schema — rebuilding usually costs less than patching. The free audit answers this before you spend anything.
Why WordPress and not Squarespace or Wix?
Because you own it. WordPress lets me control the markup, the schema and the speed, and it lets you leave without rebuilding from scratch. The hosted builders are genuinely fine for something simple — they're just harder to make fast and harder to make citable.
Can I edit it myself afterwards?
That's the point. Text, images and new pages without touching code or calling me. You get thirty days of support after launch specifically so you can get comfortable doing it.
Will it rank as soon as it launches?
No. A new site is technically sound from day one, which means nothing is holding it back — but authority still takes months to build. What launch day gets you is a site that's eligible. See SEO for the part that compounds.
What about getting cited by AI?
The structure that makes you eligible is built in — schema, clean headings, llms.txt. Actively tracking and improving citations across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity is AI Search Optimization, which is a separate ongoing engagement.
Three pages doesn't sound like much.
It's usually more than enough to start: a home page that makes the argument, a service page that sells, and a contact page that converts. Extra pages are easy to add once we know which ones people actually want.
